Nike Dunk High (Gore-Tex)

The materials found on this Dunk are usually reserved for the ACG line, resulting in a b’ball shoe that is breathable, waterproof and apparently windproof in a Jordanesque colorway. Not quite sure what all-terrain courts the designers have been playing on, but this tough fella will keep you dry and crisp come rain, sleet or snow. And in Beaverton you usually get all three for nine months of the year!

It’s hard to pick up on your screen, but the treatment on the exterior of this shoe also feels really nice, so you’ll just have to trust us. Why Nike haven’t come up with a Gore-Tex Cor-tez to pay homage to Seinfeld’s George Costanza is beyond us here at SF. Considering there was a whole episode dedicated to “Cant Stand Ya’s” obsession with his G-T jacket, and that in each show he was laced in a pair of clean Cortez, you would think putting the two together would be a no-brainer. Instead it’s a no-banana.
