This is the new Nike Dunk Mid SB - Skate Mental. Rumor has it that there are only 666 pairs available. Skate Mental is a San Francisco skate brand that joined forces will Nike SB to create the Skate Mental Dunk Mid SB. These are labeled as quickstrikes and are not shown in the NikeSB November 207 catalog. These pairs will just pop up sometime this month so be on a look out.
